No part of this website or its materials may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of Balance Origin Exclusive Jewellers.


2. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.
In the rare case that a product is listed incorrectly, Balance Origin Exclusive Jewellers reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order placed for an item listed at an incorrect price.

  • Correct the pricing and offer the item again with accurate details.

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


3. Availability & Order Confirmation

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Orders may be refused or canceled at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Insufficient stock

  • Inability to authorize payment

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Pricing or product listing errors

If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


4. Condition & Care of Jewelry

All jewelry is sold “as is”. Jewelry, by nature, requires care and maintenance to preserve its beauty and longevity. We recommend:

  • Removing jewelry when performing manual tasks or using harsh chemicals.

  • Storing pieces separately to avoid scratches.

If a purchased item is damaged, please bring it to our store for inspection. We will assess the damage with our jeweller and provide an estimate for repair costs.


5. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date or delivery confirmation.
Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Packaged in original packaging where applicable

Special orders or custom-made jewelry cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method and only by the original purchaser.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

 

 

 

 

 

Gifts

  • Gifted items may be returned for store credit only, provided they meet return eligibility conditions.

  • Store credit is valid for future purchases and is non-transferable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must ensure proof of delivery. Balance Origin Exclusive Jewellers is not liable for items lost in transit.


6. Repairs

Items may be eligible for repair due to reasonable wear and tear within six (6) months of purchase. Determination of eligibility for repair will be at the discretion of Balance Origin Exclusive Jewellers.

8. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within jurisdictions that require collection of such tax, calculated at the local rate.


9. Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased by contacting us directly at Info@BalanceOrigin.Com
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.


10. Shipping

We ship domestically and internationally.

  • Domestic Orders: Shipped via Australia Post or equivalent courier services. Delivery time varies based on service selection and destination.

  • International Orders: Rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


11. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Balance Origin Exclusive Jewellers will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process your order or comply with legal obligations.

Any data collected is used solely to enhance your shopping experience and improve our services. Changes to this policy will be posted promptly on our website.
